We also give direct access to the decision makers and provide an end to end lending experience.

Speed is of the essence, which is why we can use AVMs (Automated Valuation Method) and desktop valuations when carrying out a valuation on a property. These processes speed up application time and is used for cases going through our RomaFLOW process, in which we aim to complete within 28 days. This system allows us to provide a valuation within minutes and ultimately, saves time and money.

RomaFLOW is our fast processing channel for standard bridging, auction and light refurbishment cases, is designed to be speedy and straightforward. We require minimal documentation and offer intelligent touch underwriting to ensure the process is streamlined.

 Our Development Finance

  • Loans from £100,000 to £2 million
  • Up to 65% LTGDV
  • Lending in England, Wales and Scotland
  • Up to 12 newbuild dwellings in any one project
  • Developer exit available for wind and watertight projects

AVM Criteria

  • Minimum property value of £100,000
  • Maximum LTV on refinances 65%
  • Standard construction residential properties only
  • No further advances

Desktop Valuation Criteria

  • Available on FLOW Bridge
  • Up to 70% LTV
  • Residential properties only
  • Property value up to £500,000
