- 100% Cost of work (funded in arrears) - assessed by QS or Asset Manager
- No exit fees or Early Repayment Charges
- Unregulated bridging
- Second charge: up to 65% LTV
Property Types:
- Residential Properties up to 80%
- Minimum property valuation - £75,000
- Semi-Commercial up to 70% LTV (Residential must be >50%)
- Commercial with pre-planning up to 65% LTV
- Commercial with residential planning up to 70% - with cost of work funded in arrears
- Market Valuations not 180-day valuations
