  • Light, Medium and Heavy Refurbishment – up to 80% LTV / 75% LTGDV
  • Loans from £100,000
  • Terms up to 24 months 
  • Interest - Retained, Rolled or Serviced
  • 100% Cost of work (funded in arrears) - assessed by QS or Asset Manager
  • No exit fees or Early Repayment Charges 
  • Unregulated bridging
  • Second charge: up to 65% LTV

Property Types:

  • Residential Properties up to 80%
  • Minimum property valuation - £75,000
  • Semi-Commercial up to 70% LTV (Residential must be >50%)
  • Commercial with pre-planning up to 65% LTV
  • Commercial with residential planning up to 70% - with cost of work funded in arrears
  • Market Valuations not 180-day valuations
  • Located in England and Wales
