You will receive 100% of the procuration fee for referring your client, which is typically 2% of the net loan amount. The client is charged a fee of £2,795 which will cover their valuation fee up to a maximum of £500.
Dynamo will advise your client directly, keeping you informed throughout the full application process. We will only advise on the second charge mortgage enquiry, directing any other enquiry that your client may have back to you.
