Reasons to refer to Dynamo
Dynamo’s team of specialist brokers take the time to understand each client’s unique circumstances and financial goals, crafting tailored mortgage solutions that fit their needs. With years of experience and strong relationships with lenders, we have in-depth knowledge that enables us to deliver fast, effective outcomes.
Second charge referrals: You will receive 100% of the procuration fee for referring your client, which is typically 2% of the net loan amount. The client is charged a fee of £2,795 which will cover their valuation fee up to a maximum of £500.
Later life/equity release referrals: You will receive 20% of the procuration fee for referring your client, which is typically 1.75% to 3% of the net loan amount. The client is charged a fee of up to £1,599.
Dynamo will advise your client directly, keeping you informed throughout the full application process. We will only advise on the referred mortgage enquiry, directing any other business that your client may have back to you.
