Referral process
Step 1
- Mortgage appointment with your customer
- You identify that your customer would benefit from the opportunity to discuss different survey options available through Countrywide Home Surveys with a no obligation conversation
Step 2
- Your customer consents to you passing their details to Countrywide Home Surveys*
- You complete the online form here
Step 3
- Countrywide Home Surveys do the rest!
- They will contact your customer, understand more about the property that they are buying and advise them on the survey options available to suit their needs
- They will provide them with with a tailor-made quote and if the customer chooses to proceed, they will let you know and keep you informed
How it works for you
For every referral to Countrywide Home Surveys, you (the adviser) will receive a referral commission fee of £40.
