Who We Are

As one of the UK’s original DA mortgage clubs, Next Intelligence launched in 2011 bringing together Mortgage Intelligence and Mortgage Next’s directly authorised clubs, both of which were established in 1996.

Continuing in our aim to be the brokers' mortgage club of choice, Next Intelligence and Dynamo for Intermediaries merged in January 2025, streamlining and strengthening the wider offering to mortgage intermediaries.

We are proud to support over 6,000 intermediary members across the UK and our goal is simple: to equip you with the guidance, tools, and resources you need to grow your business with confidence. With combined decades of experience in providing expert advice, we aim to work seamlessly alongside you as an extension of your team, empowering you to increase your business volume and profitability, saving you time to help you make money.

What types of mortgages can you help with?

We can help support your client in a number of ways, including: residential purchases and remortgages, RIO mortgages, right to buy applications, buy to let purchases and remortgages, and second charges. Our specialist team are also able to assist with regulated and unregulated bridging, refurbishment projects, ground-up development, and commercial purchases and refinances.

We are able to assist however your client is applying, whether that be in personal name, through their SPV or trading company, or even in a trust.

Membership of Next Intelligence is free and gives you unlimited access to our team of specialists. We charge a packaging fee for bridging & commercial loans and applications with the lender Together. We do not charge a packaging fee for the other lenders that we package for. Please enquire for further details.

We have a broad selection of lenders on our distribution panel including many specialist lenders in addition to the familiar high street names. Please refer to our Lender Panel page for information on all of our partners.

You can place your business with a lender directly, but do talk to us first. The market is more complex than ever before and our team of mortgage specialists can ensure that you select the very best lender for your client’s circumstances. You can then decide either to use us as a payment route or take advantage of our expert packaging service.

To become a member, please click on the Join the Club tab on our website and complete the short form. Registration takes no more than one working day to be processed after which we will contact you to confirm your membership details.

Next Intelligence is renowned within the industry for the quality of our advice and the high level of care that we offer our members. We take the time to get to know you personally and can tailor the support you receive to your requirements. Our team can provide advice across all mortgage sectors making us your perfect go-to business partner.

We make daily payment runs to ensure that you are paid as quickly as possible. We pay within 48 hours of receipt of statement and funds from the lender. Talk to us to find out more regarding payment on completion.
